WE SHOULD BLAME THE UK REGIME, POLICE & THE BRITISH PEOPLE!

The sentencing today of nine Muslims who pleaded guilty to planning various terrorist plots around Londonhas been covered by the media in their usual anti-Islam and anti-Muslim bias. The facts, the circumstances, the reality of the situation of Muslims here and abroad etc… have all been conveniently overlooked. Instead many unrelated matters have been conflated together in an attempt to demonise a whole section of the Muslim community and certain legitimate views have been hidden which the media would not find palatable, in order to seek popularity among the masses, to feed their prejudices and for financial gain.

One of the more sinister links which have been made are between the Muslims concerned calling for the Shari’ah in the UK, commanding good and forbidding evil, demonstrating against the occupation of Muslim land etc… before their arrests in late 2010 and this all being a process which leads Muslims to seek to blow up people in Britain. The reality is that it is an obligation upon all Muslims to call for the Shari’ah and to propagate Islam and that these very men were students of Shari’ah and doing what many Muslims do on a daily basis without engaging in any military activities. In fact Al-Muhajiroun and Islam4UK, at whose activities some of the men were seen, has always been clear that Muslims in Britain live under a covenant of security where in return for their lives and wealth being protected it is not permitted for them to target the lives and wealth with the people with whom they live.

So if indeed the UK police and government are to be believed, the question is what are the main reasons why the likes of 77 take place and others might consider military operations in Britain? Surely the most radicalising factor is the occupation of Muslim land in Iraq and Afghanistan to begin with, then there are the draconian laws such as internment and stop and search, then there is the policy of silencing Muslims by proscribing ideological movements (such as Al-Muhajiroun), we can add to that police brutality against Muslims (take the recent Cardiff example) and of course the anti-Islam and anti-Muslim frenzy into which the government and media whip up the general public leading to attacks against Muslims, vilification etc… conversely the presence of the likes of Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad and I are in fact useful to channel the energies of the youth into the ideological struggle in Britain as opposed to the military one.

Having said all of this there is in fact no evidence that the nine concerned were in fact plotting anything. They may at the most have downloaded material which is widely available on the internet and even driven around the country to meet and talk with each other but no explosives or bombs or guns have been found on them. So they were guilty of merely thinking about things. How many people say things privately which they never carry out or which they know will never reach fruition? This is in stark contrast to the likes of Robert Cottage the BNP activist who actually had a whole arsenal of weapons and who was jailed for just 2 and ½ years in 2007.

The sad reality is that after having spent over a year in prison awaiting trial, already equivalent to a 2 year sentence, the nine here were given the option of spending either 30 or more years in prison or up to 18 years even before they had a chance to defend themselves. Blackmailed into accepting the offer and having been oppressed and humiliated for over a year they felt that they had no choice but to plead guilty, especially after the health of some of them had deteriorated and would have worsened if they went to trial and especially after the general public had already been whipped up into a frenzy against them. They would have almost certainly been found guilty of whatever they were charged with no matter what they said. In today’s courts it is a well known fact that you are innocent until proven to be Muslim, even non-Muslims are shaving their beards before going to court fearing that they will be mistaken for being a Muslim.

Having said all of the above we must remember that the only people we have hitherto heard from are the police and MI5 who have claimed many high profile plots over the last decade or so, remember the ricin plot where they found only rice and peas, remember the Forest gate plot where they practically rebuilt the family home before admitting they had nothing and then there is the Manchester Stadium plot where it transpired that the plotters in fact had never ever attended a football match in their lives! In light of this it would not surprise us if in the course of things yet another concocted plot materialises.

Unlike the man made oppressive law in the UK under the Shari’ah a trial must begin within 3 days, the Muslim judge looks at all the facts, judges the case himself and looks for ways to leave the punishment out as opposed to looking for ways to lock innocent people up for a brutal political agenda. What a contrast.
