Islam and the Shariah - The solution that you have been waiting forSunday, 27 November 2011 14:32The recent and continuing global rejection of the capitalist economic model has forced us all to consider alternatives. Below is a summary of how the Shari’ah (the divine law of God as contained in the Qur’an and sent with the Messenger Muhammad (saw)) resolves all the main problems that beset us. Contact us for more information below. Bankers bonuses/corruption: Problem: corruption, excessive salaries, unaccountability, limited liability, no transparency, lottery of invisible wealth/equity Solution: Under the shari’ah companies would be restricted to up to 20 partners each, so that they all know each other and there is proper accountability amongst them. People must deal with individuals not entities, goods which are invisible and in fact only exist on paper such as bonds, stocks, shares, insurance etc.. would be banned and transactions would have to done with tangible wealth or payment made for services i.e. actual effort undertaken. Insurance would be replaced by the State being the guarantor for any losses if any loss cannot be met. Hoarding of the wealth would be prohibited, all citizens would be encouraged to use the wealth and invest it. All banks would be replaced by one state institution (the bait ul-maal) whose purpose would be to work for the people not exploit them. It would lend money to people free from interest, look after their money, give grants and loans for businesses and encourage foreign trade and imports. Wealth circulating amongst rich: Problem: interest based transactions, taxation for the poor, wasting wealth in useless exploits Solution: interest (usury) is prohibited under the Shari’ah, there is no taxation for the poor, industries such as gambling, alcohol, cigarettes, pornography, night-clubs, pubs etc... would be outlawed and the money confiscated would be re-invested in useful exploits such as housing, medicine and education. There would be a ban on using the male or female body or sexuality for advertising, thus protecting the social fabric of society and maintaining the honour and dignity of both genders without reducing either to objects of desire for monetary gain. Leaders unaccountable: Problem: The Prime Minister saying one thing and promising everything but not delivering Solution: The Head of State must implement the just law of God i.e. the Shari’ah, he can be removed if he does not fulfil his mandate. Being in charge should not be a lucrative business, history shows that poverty was in fact only ever eradicated under the shari’ah (the era of Umar Bin Abdul Azeez is a good example). Governors (replacing the MP's today) will get one general salary for fulfilling their role of looking after and being concerned for the affairs of the people. They would be prohibited from doing any other work or having any other source of income freeing them to fulfil their task properly Lack of basic needs: Problem: The elderly (for example) having to choose between warmth in the winter and food/electricity Solution: free basic food, clothing and shelter, gas, water and electricity is guaranteed for all citizens under the Shari’ah, people can work for luxuries. Any payments from the state, for the new born, for basic needs etc… would be paid in advance when they are actually needed not in arrears as happens now. Runaway Inflation Problem: the value of money is ever decreasing leading to people not being able to afford the goods in the shops and working ever more to fulfil their needs. The government can affect inflation as they wish. Solution: The currency of notes which do not reflect the reserves would be replaced by minted Gold and Silver coins representing the value of what is purchased and would therefore eliminate inflation Feudalism Problem: The landlords and the aristocracy keep most of the real wealth with themselves without it being circulated or often even being used Solution: As an example unused land would be confiscated by the state if left for 3 years and be given to those who will make use of it. Education Problem: the poor cannot afford a good education at universities due to loans and a lack of grants Solution: Universities would be free of charge in the Islamic State and where there are skills shortages the state may even pay individuals to study certain subjects. We are normally in Stratford Westfield, outside the tube station with other brothers telling people about Islam as usually do up and down the country, you are free to come down and talk.
There is a perfect answer for every one of your questions. But this would be too much typing on my part.
So Quick Bullets for you.
1) Man has been created to obey... like it or not.
2) All men can commit sins and mistakes. You have 2 paths whenever you stand before anything, correct way or wrong way. God leaves you to decide what you want.
3) God is all forgiving if you follow the example of Adam, to ask forgivness and never do it again (key point).
4) Blind faith is following incorrect evidence, whatever you follow is blind faith 100%, you just haven't gone up the chain long enough to realise. But Quran seals that blind faith.
5)God never forsake you, man forsake himself. On the day of judgement your body will testify against itself. And God will give the final verdict against the disobident soul (notice I didn't say evil).
6) Life is a test you just try to make yourself clever, God says he will test those he loves, with sickness, wealth, family. The devil hates the one who remembers the creator through hardship.
7)Indeed God knows the outcome before it comes to pass - Human Intellect Limited - God Unlimited Everlasting.
8) Empirical Evidence is the Quran. Look into it. Challenge of 1400 years still with us till this day.
9) Appear before man / Book / Part the Sea / etc.... lol - didn't you read what I said he can do what he wants. Its up to the disbeliever to open and use his mind.
regards
"why the creator commanded it but ultimate reason is with him" so basically you argue that, sure god is vague sometimes but we should still listen to him anyway because his reasons are mysterious. Blind faith never did any good for anybody it'd be like if we were all following a powerful human leader and he passed a vague law with no explanation and his devout followers say oh but the great leaders decisions are beyond our comprehension. I'd call bs that's clearly a cop-out from someone who doesn't know the answer and just wants blind obedience. "Yes he created us with many instincts/desires but he also laid down the correct way to approach your instincts in a way that pleases him" again he is still willing to punish human beings for doing the very things he created us to do. If he exists he knows that most people are not going to listen to his crass attempt to fix his own mistake. If he was all powerful why not just remake humans to obey his laws?
"Disobey and take the temporary enjoyment of this world or Obey and take the ever lasting enjoyment of the hereafter. So once you understand this life is but a test as it has always been then pretty much all arguments of "why does this", or "why does that" breaks down." ok so I'm not even going to touch the second part of this argument because its just a cop out. That said, however if the first statement is true and for some reason god really needs to use this test to determine who can get into heaven and he really wants people to get into heaven then why be vague and incoherent about it? He knows that his creations will only be convinced with empirical evidence. If god is all powerful and cares that much then why not just make an appearance to every human being at once and perform feats that prove he is who he says he is? But no he decides that writing a book in the Arabian Peninsula that will take hundreds of years to get the message out was the best plan?
"if you have 2 single men, one is bigger than the other. Then it will be measured upon your needs to satisfy ... it could be that the bigger man needs more food to satisfy him." Again people are going to find ways to cheat this system. Humans are far more intelligent and cunning then this crass attempt to distribute wealth gives us credit for. Trust me just as sure as the sun will rise people will find a way to cheat this system. "Yes at the moment sad state of affairs... But this is all the Will of God, once we Muslims return to him then we will see success again." At the moment? western civilization surpassed Islamic technology and science prior to the fall of the caliphate so this has been going on for some time. The "Will of God" so doesn't that mean god messes with free will? If it was his will that the caliphate be destroyed but everyone living under it did not want it to fall by extension god was interfering with people's ability to self determinate.
I didn't say the main reason for why men and women segregate is because she might run off with the boss. Islam is about commands to do and not to do, some are given reasons and some are not so in this case the reason is not given, but we can do some rational and logical thinking and try to see why the creator commanded it but ultimate reason is with him...
Yes he created us with many instincts/desires but he also laid down the correct way to approach your instincts in a way that pleases him, so that you may save yourselves.
If you desire a woman then get married. If you want food then eat what is allowed. If you want wealth then seek it correctly. Bottom line is whatever you do in life make sure its the way the creator wants you to do it. Many people rush using their own desires as the driving force.
Take the scenario if one loves a donkey does it allow him to rape the donkey. Or do you blame god for having those instincts... But if you look closer this society drills sex at an unprecedented levels exploiting the human body further and further until nothing is exciting, hence you have sex crazed people everywhere trying weird things.
God created everyone in thsi life to be tested, he could have made us all subservient like the angels as stated in the Quran, but he gave man free-will.
Disobey and take the temporary enjoyment of this world or Obey and take the ever lasting enjoyment of the hereafter. So once you understand this life is but a test as it has always been then pretty much all arguments of "why does this", or "why does that" breaks down.
Why does the state not exist? Why did God allow it to be destroyed ?
God foretold that it will be destroyed by men because of their disobedience but also by Gods will for they have strayed, but that it will also return when man sincerely returns to him, and he will take the fear from the hearts of the Muslims and bestow it upon the disbelivers. Which we slowly see the revival in the Muslim lands calling for Shariah and spooking the West.
Basic Allowance Means tested?
Lol maybe a bad choice of words guess it sounds too close to home, what it means is i.e. (if you have 2 single men, one is bigger than the other. Then it will be measured upon your needs to satisfy ... it could be that the bigger man needs more food to satisfy him) or another example a smaller man required a garmant
Islam has always been about technology?
Yes at the moment sad state of affairs, since many are in this situation because of poverty and the rich living it high. In most Muslim lands the rulers are so corrupt that people are just trying to make ends meet, those that do have good schooling do excel. But this is all the Will of God, once we Muslims return to him then we will see success again.

Everyone knows that the eastern civilization's flourished while the western civilizations were in the dark ages, tell me something I don't know. You say that women are forbidden from free mixing so that they will not sleep with other men besides there husbands. Ok well if god created men and women isn't that his fault? He is a fault for our biology men and women often sleep with people other then those they are already in a relationship with to breed healthier children this is known as biological imperative. If god created men and women he is at fault for this not men or women. It would be like a programmer not making an AI to his exact specifications and then getting mad at the AI when it is in fact his fault. Then in order to fix the mistake he gives the AI a book that tells him how to act even though he knows he is inclined to act upon the previous programming that he put in him to begin with. Which was the reason he got mad in the first place. This is circular logic ie irrational.
OK so if Shariah law is bestowed by god onto humanity (for some reason) and is supposed to be perfect, and will bring prosperity to all who live under it why does it not exist now? Secondly if it is gods law and god is all powerful why would he allow the caliphate to fall in the first place. If he is all powerful then there is nothing in the universe that we know of that could have destroyed it. Yet it is no longer with us, why is that? Also you state "the Caliphate would provide for every citizen a Basic Allowance Means tested on their needs as a family" because of course no one is going to cheat that system lol. Also you say "Islam has always been about technology from the past great scientists and mathematicians." ok then why is it then that societies today that are primarily from Islamic background i.e. the Middle East is considered one of the most backwards and scientifically illiterate regions of the world. Empirical evidence seems to cast doubt on your notion.
You are so beating the wrong bush, yes even the taliban did the same as all the other countries, they implemented what they wanted from shariah law mixed with their own culture...
Im talking about Shariah Law based on Divine Text (Quran) without culture or customs of a society.
1) Women are allowed to leave the homes under Islam.
2) Women are allowed to get jobs, but in segregated environments... i.e. women hair-dressers from women only. Men and women will not mix in the workspace, thereby stopping your wife sleeping with your boss. *sick*
3) Begging would not occur under an Islamic State as the Caliphate would provide for every citizen a Basic Allowance Means tested on their needs as a family... (A System kinda like Britains benefit system but without the ridiculous conditions and penalisations of this victorian aged country).
4) Islam has always been about technology from the past great scientists and mathematicians living within the Islamic Empire paved the way for todays world... You could watch a documentary about what the west owes to the Islamic Empire on BBC, but even that is only a fraction.
While the west battled each other the Islamic Empire was flourshing.
The reason Muslims are calling for Shariah Law (Islamic Caliphate) is because of the lack of, not because there is one that anyone can point to.
As if there was an Islamic State in the world today, the world would be in a different position in regards to its super power.
In the past the Islamic State was a force to be reckond with. Uniting all the world Muslims under one banner. The removal of nationalism, and all Muslims carrying the Black and White flag of Islam.

If you are really craving for Shari'ah Law then pack your bags and leave for Iran or any other muslim states that implement it - It’s that simple! No one is forcing you to live with the “kufars” of the west.
Muslims are feeling their own countries because of repression your religion brings even to their own adherents. You want to see what Shari’ah is like nationwide? visit Iran for a trial period and see how loving this law is towards women.
Actually thats not what happened when the Islamic System was in power 1400years ago. There are people who like to work and people who dont, the freedom under Islam is far superior. Catering for the basic needs is the fundemental human right, regardless whether they work or dont look for work.
The truth is most people enjoy working, there are some who dont and just want a simple life. Clearly there is also an issue with the number of jobs in any case as populations begin to increase and dependency on robots push humans further into the home.
Factories need no longer employ hundreds of staff as machines have taken over.
But bottom line is you will be provided with the basic necessities to survive any more go work for it.
That sounds more fair.
